A half day overview of Scrum and Agile. The why, what and how of Agile and Scrum in a condensed overview, so that everyone attending knows the concepts, and has explored the elements of the Scrum framework.
Doing business with Scrum
A one day training, zooming in specifically on the business aspects of Scrum. The central theme is how to maximize business value using the Scrum framework.
Scrum for management
A one day training, targeted at management responsible for Scrum teams. How to benefit from self-organisation, how to increase intrinsic motivation, how to increase control by looking at it from a different perspective, are topics covered in this training.
Advanced facilitation and coaching
A one day training targeted at Scrum Masters and other servant leaders who already have some experience in working in Agile software development. The training teaches techniques for coaching, and advanced facilitation techniques.
Team dynamics workshop
A one day training for Scrum teams that have been working together for at least some sprints. This training increases team purpose, collaboration and motivation in a fun and exciting way.
